Four rules sit behind every page on this site. They are what make it citable, and they are why nothing here reads like a sales pitch.
An evidence tier.
FDA approved, human RCT, early human, animal or in vitro, minimal evidence. Named and shown on a five-rung meter on every compound and every study, so the strength of the evidence is never buried.
A species statement.
Rats, mice, human cells or people, said in the first lines. A result in a dish and a result in a trial are different claims.
A dose, as studied.
Doses appear exactly as a study reported them, with the species, route and duration. Research context, never guidance.
A live citation.
Authors, year and a PubMed, trial registry or DOI link on every finding. If it cannot be cited, it is not published.

Findings, trials and regulatory moves from the research desk, newest first. Each study opens with the most striking figure it produced or, when it produced none, the species it was done in.
